How to apply
If you have decided that Walailak University could be for you, go through the checklist below. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need help.

Step 1: Check whether you are eligible to study at Walailak
See our entrance requirements to determine whether you are eligible to enrol. Our progammes follow the Walailak University Postgraduate rules and regulation edition 2006 section 3 for the entry requirements.
Step 2: Review your programme structure and select your plan
Each programme has its own structure which is explained in the programme web pages. When you select your plan you need to ensure that you fulfil all of your plan requirements to be able to graduate. General planning information is also included on the program web pages.
The plan of study you design will be checked by academic staff for approval during the enrolment process. If you need further help with planning your programme contact the programme coordinators listed in the programme web pages or contact us.
Step 3: Check out the application due dates
The next step is to make sure you know the application due dates so you don't miss out. Note that there are some courses with special selected entry processes whose applications need to be filled out extra early.
Step 4: View fees and funding options
Postgraduate study at Walailak University is not expensive. The tution fee is 15,000 Baht/term. To help fund your study check out our scholarships and awards.
Step 5: Apply online
All Thai students can apply online. For international students please download the application form and send it to Assist. Prof. Dr. Phimphaka Harding at kphimpha@mail.wu.ac.th
All applicants need to submit two recommendation letters. You can download the recommendation form here.
If your English score passes the required standard (see the Table below) on the date you apply please submit it with your application. If you don't have one you can sit an English test later or you can register for English courses provided by Walailak University once you register as a postgraduate student.

Step 6: Interview
Once your application has been processed and the programme will check your qualifications and we will e-mail you the interview date.

Step 7: Become WU student
We will send you a letter to inform you whether or not you pass and interview. If you decide to accept our offer. You will have to follow the flow chart below.
